We offer custom presentation services for valet processing. We want the presentation to excite your guests and leave a lasting impression of quality. We can work together to create customized experiences with garment bags, boxes, tissues, and designs of the highest quality. We customize your designs onto our materials so that your guests will see your quality as we do!
The Cleaning Company enhances the overall experience with our proprietary processes. There are never more than 3 garments per bag and the chance of wrinkling. The sleek printed label is attached to the outside of the bag.

JumpTrack™ GPS Tracking
JumpTrack delivers real-time GPS information on any order from anywhere and also features bar coding with documented proof of delivery and time stamp on a digital device online via geo-tracking coordinates. This program gives both hotel partners the ability to confirm delivery and location of all orders on a daily basis, without any assumptions.
Spot Business System
SPOT was designed using the latest technologies and provides The Cleaning Company with such features as itemized detailed receipts for guests, customized branding, point to point traceability on all orders, and detailed statements for accounting verification. This system also tracks all garment history, hotelable notes & also log-in to remotely view their accounts for real-time information.
Camera Tracking System
Our in-house camera system views and verifies every bag coming and going from our plant and accounts for the condition of all orders received and confirms order prior to pickup. This system saves and labels all images in sequence with tracking, item bar coding & time of action. In addition, this system will allow us to verify orders from your establishment for proper redundancy of orders.
