We specialize in the restoration cleaning of all fabrics, leathers, rugs, stuffed toys, draperies and other specialty items. Restoration Cleaners works closely with insurance carriers, adjusters and contractors involved in the claims process to return items to the insured as quickly and economically as possible. Customer Service and Satisfaction is our top priority!
Restoration Cleaners is a member of North American Restoration Dry Cleaners, NARD, and the International Fabricare Institute, IFI.

Branded Services
We offer custom presentation services for valet processing. We want the presentation to excite your guests and leave a lasting impression of quality. You can expect customized garment bags, boxes, tissues, and designs of the highest quality as you can see below. We customize your designs onto our materials so that your guests will see our quality as your quality.
The hanging garments will be presented in a customized bag as seen below. There are never more than 3 garments per bag to avoid the chance of wrinkling. The sleek printed ticket is attached to the outside of the bag.

Presentation

The folded items are wrapped in tissue and enclosed in boxes as seen below with your customized tag.

Customized newspaper bags like this are also used for delicates and other small items and the printed ticket is also attached.

We even use plastic studs, collar butterflies, and branded collar stays to keep the items finely finished.
The RC Process
Starting from the time we pick up cleaning from your hotel until drop off at 6 p.m., Restoration Cleaners Hotel Valet Service cares about your guests’ clothes.
When our trucks deliver your cleaning, it is directed to the sorting station. Our sorting stations are separate intake areas in which we tag and group the clothing by guest and by type of clothing.
Once the items have been tagged, they process to the cleaning area. Items are laundered or dry cleaned in accordance with your guests’ instructions or best commercial practices.
Each item is inspected to determine if stains have been removed, buttons broken, or other damage to the item occurs. If so, the item proceeds to the stain removal section of the item repair area.
Inspection for proper finishing is next.
The items are itemized, tagged, and separated by delivery routes.
The trucks are loaded and sent on their route for delivery by 6 p.m. deadline.

Restoration Cleaners’ service program is a unique service. Our competitors currently do not employ service teams. As such, customers are often left with nobody to call. Also, they often have to reach out to different people for billing, service, and/or quality issues.
Conversely, every hotel customer is assigned one main point of contact. Whether it is an issue regarding billing, quality, or special requests, our sales & service managers are equipped with the tools and knowledge to handle any issue and coordinate with the rest of the Restoration Cleaners team to find the quickest and most effective solution for that issue. They spend time in the hotels as well as time at Restoration Cleaners’ production facilities, thus affording them insight and a true knowledge of how both areas work—ours and yours, the customer.
