Emergency Order

Choose your Emergency Order for 2-3 weeks of clothing for 48-hour turnaround.

Once Emergency Order arrives at Restoration Cleaners:

  • Detailed Inventory
  • First Inspection
  • Cleaning
  • Second Inspection
  • The project manager assigned to your claim will call you the next day to schedule the Emergency Order delivery.
  • Once received, check to ensure smoke smell is eliminated and items are to your satisfaction.

Full Order

  • Onsite Photographic Inventory
  • Bag and Package items distressed by fire and/or water damage
  • Inventory
  • Cleaning
  • Inspection
  • Project Manager will contact you regularly throughout the process
  • Delivery as soon as 2-3 weeks, or the option of storage is available
  • Once received, check to ensure smoke smell is eliminated and items are to your satisfaction.

  • On-site cleaning, if applicable
  • If our project manager determines that the environment is unsuitable for on-site cleaning, Restoration Cleaners will clean your electronics off-site.
  • Photographic inventory – Front/Back to ensure electronics are removed and replaced in the correct location.
  • Once your electronics arrive at our clean room facility, Restoration Cleaners runs Diagnostic performance tests.
  • Using procedures that surpass industry requirements, Restoration Cleaners cleans, decontaminates, and attempts to restore your electronic equipment.
  • Run additional Diagnostics (Execute Data Recovery, if needed).
  • Deliver cleaned electronic goods and set up if necessary..
