We are specialists in the restoration of clothing and household fabric items that have been distressed by fire, smoke, water, or mold. These items may include your everyday clothing items, bed linens and towels, shoes and purses, and window treatments. Because we specialize in fully serving the needs of a victim of fire, flood, or vandalism, we are able to give professional attention to the items an everyday dry cleaner cannot adequately process. These items include high monetary and sentimental value items such as wedding gowns, stuffed animals, cornice boards, and tapestries. We fully guarantee our work; therefore, we do not charge for items that are not restorable. With this guarantee in place, cleaning instead of replacement just makes sense.

First, we set aside your “Emergency Order,” clothing that will last you 2-3 weeks. These items will be delivered within 48 hours. We separate these items and take them to our facility for thorough cleaning. Consider all household members, daily needs (school, work, etc.), upcoming events (weddings, church, vacation), whether you need bedding or pillows, and sentimental items, like stuffed animals or dolls, when choosing your Emergency Order. Next, our team takes a photographic inventory, packs the remaining items, and transports your textiles to our 20,000 sq. ft. dry cleaning and storage facility. There, we complete a detailed inventory, thoroughly sort and clean your textiles, and store them until you are ready for them. The cleaning process typically takes 2-3 weeks, on average.
